Retail shops run my inventory and sales app in daily operation. I use AI (Claude) for both development and analysis, and keep maintaining and extending it.

進め方 / How I work

まず現場の課題を聞き、小さく作って早く見せ、使いながら直します。AIは「見る場所」ではなく「次に何をするか」を言葉にするために使います。

I listen first, ship small, and iterate with the owner. AI is used to turn data into concrete next actions. Claude Code is my main development tool.
